At Ulok, we pride ourselves on providing upfront costing. We don't inflate the price after the first month or two, in fact we only have one annual review of pricing & this has only resulted in an increase twice in the past 24 YEARS! We have no hidden costs, security deposits and our agreements are on a flexible 14-day notice term after the initial 30 day agreement expires. We offer a flexible service in which you can upgrade or downgrade on the same day (subject to availability) and do not charge any entry or exit fees other than the rent price which you agree.
